At SCL Collectibles, we want you to love your premium fashion pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all collectible tags and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-10 business days.
